About the Role
We are looking for a Producer to join our events and production team. You will help manage projects from planning to execution, working closely with creatives, technical teams, and clients. This role is suited for someone who enjoys coordination, communication, and seeing ideas come to life.
What You Will Do
• Plan and coordinate event and production workflows
• Work with creative, technical, and studio teams to support project requirements
• Manage client communication and day to day updates
• Support rehearsals, logistics, and on site operations
• Ensure schedules, deliverables, and safety processes are followed
• Prepare documents such as call sheets, production plans, and reports
What We Are Looking For
• Experience in events, production, or related fields
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable working on site during rehearsals and show days
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly
• Positive attitude and a practical approach to solving problems
• Weekend or evening availability when required
Good to Have
• Familiarity with staging, AV, LED, or live show workflows
• Experience with creative agencies or brand activations
• Basic knowledge of studio or XR production
