Project Summary

Students participated in a multi week programme supported by AUX producers and technical specialists. They learned live broadcast operations, studio workflow planning, LED wall usage, camera systems, audio routing, and basic XR introduction. The programme concluded with a fully student run live show filmed at AUX Infinite Studio.

Challenge

The school needed a training format that bridged theory and practice. Students required exposure to professional equipment, real timelines, and hands on production tasks. The institution also wanted a safe environment where learners could experiment without the risk of costly errors.

Solution

AUX designed a structured programme with progressive learning blocks. Classroom style briefings were paired with guided practice sessions in AUX Infinite Studio. Students rotated across roles including camera operator, floor manager, LED playback assistant, audio support, and production assistant. AUX trainers supervised all critical stages and provided coaching throughout.

Results

  • Successful production of a 20 minute live show fully operated by students.
  • Strong confidence boost for participants after using industry standard tools.
  • Post programme survey showed high satisfaction from faculty and learners.
  • Institution requested a repeat run the following semester.

Why This Project Matters

This project highlights AUX’s commitment to nurturing the next generation of media and production talent. It also demonstrates the value of bridging education with professional environments, giving schools a partner they trust to deliver quality learning experiences.
