About the Role
We are looking for a Designer to support creative development across events, brand activations, immersive environments, and studio content. You will work with producers, strategists, and technical teams to turn ideas into visuals that guide the project from pitch to execution. This role suits someone who enjoys solving problems visually and creating work that is practical and production ready.
What You Will Do
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, mood boards, and visual directions
• Design event layouts, brand assets, screen content, and presentation decks
• Work closely with producers and technical teams to ensure designs align with real world constraints
• Support pitch decks for national events, corporate launches, and studio productions
• Prepare artwork for fabrication and onsite execution
• Contribute ideas that improve clarity, flow, and audience impact
What We Are Looking For
• Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or Premiere is a plus)
• Ability to translate ideas into clean, clear visual outputs
• Good communication and willingness to collaborate in a fast moving production environment
• Attention to detail and ability to meet timelines
Good to Have
• Experience in events, exhibitions, motion graphics, or content production
• Understanding of fabrication or stage design
• Familiarity with UI/UX or 3D tools such as Blender or SketchUp
