Project Summary
The Marina Bay Singapore Countdown brought together live performances, community activities, large scale lighting elements, and synchronised visual displays across the bay. AUX managed core technical systems, coordinated with multiple government agencies, and provided the operational framework needed to run the celebration smoothly for hundreds of thousands of attendees.
Challenge
Managing a high profile national event that required strict compliance, multi-agency alignment, and precise timing across performances, lighting sequences, and public crowd movement. The scale of the venue and number of stakeholders required a clear production model and robust technical reliability.
Solution
AUX deployed a structured event management workflow covering technical direction, audio and visual systems, site management, and show control. Our team worked on planning, rehearsals, ground operations, and inter-agency coordination. Safety procedures, routing plans, and contingency workflows were implemented to maintain stability and control throughout the night.
Results
- Smooth execution across all event zones despite heavy public turnout.
- Positive stakeholder feedback on coordination and technical reliability.
- Successful simultaneous lighting and visual sequences across Marina Bay.
- Strong public engagement with no major operational incidents.
Why This Project Matters
This event demonstrates AUX’s ability to support national scale programmes with strong technical discipline, multi-agency coordination, and public safety in mind. It is a benchmark example of our strength in large format public experiences.
